Group Structure
Three businesses.
One standard.
Each unit has its own mandate, its own clients and its own body of technical work. What they share is a single approach to evidence, and the institutional discipline of a practice that has been examined by regulators for more than three decades.
Ownership and reporting lines

Keprin Overseas Corporation
International Trade & Business
The group's international bridge: cross-border trade, export documentation and overseas commercial relationships between India, Europe and Asian markets.
Established in 2019 as an export business supplying agricultural commodities to buyers in Nepal and Indonesia, and exporting to Europe, managing the full export cycle from buyer sourcing and contracts through trade documentation, logistics and customs compliance. Exporting into the European Union is also why the group reads carbon regulation as a commercial term rather than a policy topic. EcoSetu is its specialist carbon division.
The trade business is also why the group understands carbon regulation commercially rather than academically. CBAM is not an environmental programme to an exporter. It is a term in a contract, a line in a landed cost, and a document a buyer will or will not accept.
- Buyer sourcing and international market development
- Export contracting and commercial negotiation
- Trade documentation and letters of credit
- Logistics, freight and shipment coordination
- Customs and cross-border regulatory compliance
- Counterparty and jurisdiction risk review
03 · Keprin Overseas Division
EcoSetu
Carbon, ESG & Digital Intelligence
The group's specialist practice: carbon accounting, CBAM compliance, and the data systems that turn a regulatory obligation into defensible, repeatable reporting.
EcoSetu is the carbon division of Keprin Overseas Corporation, operating under the management of Keprin Consultancy. It measures embedded emissions, prepares the evidence an accredited verifier expects to receive, and builds the software that keeps the numbers current between reporting periods. Cement is its flagship industrial vertical.
That reporting line is deliberate. The standard applied to a CBAM evidence pack is the standard the advisory practice applies to any file that will be examined: assume it will be tested, and build it so it holds. Its digital practice builds the calculation and reporting tools that keep that file current between periods.
- EU CBAM embedded-emissions calculation
- Installation boundary and process mapping
- GHG accounting across Scope 1, 2 and relevant Scope 3
- Verification-ready evidence packs and data registers
- BRSR and ESG disclosure reporting
- Carbon data systems and calculation tooling
